Learning and building quickly together to win
Formula-E is competition hosted by the Graduate Industrial Design Program at Art Center College of Design focused on teaching lessons in strategy, product development, engineering, design fabrication, branding and event planning. In the competition, teams build elastic run vehicles with advanced materials that speeds up to 25mph and develop partnerships with local non-profit organizations. In 2017, over 18 teams from the US and China participated in the race and partners like Walt Disney, Xiaomi and Hot Wheels sponsored the competition.
