Research Background

What can we learn from American Baby-boomers?

Baby boomers refer to a generation that were born after the World War 2 from 1946 to 1964 and it also refers to a generation that worked to get the world together, lead economic growth and changed the way we live. Due to the Korean Civil War, the Korean baby boomer generation started about 10 years after the American baby boomer generation started in 1945. I wanted to study about the American baby generation to learn and anticipate the Korean baby boomer retirement.

Using generative tools to start conversations and ladder in

Generative tools are used as 'conversation starters' to allow people to recall memories and experiences to begin conversations. Each of the tools have specific functions for interviewers to dig out the information that he/she is looking for.
